I have eaten Japanese at all of the Japanese restaurants in Rome Georgia as well as one in Pigeon Forge Tennessee and one in Cartersville Georgia so I am not an expert by no means but I do know fresh food when I eat it. Blue Fin Sushi & Grill has some of the best Japanese cuisine in our area and the freshest Sushi as I have ever eaten.

Blue Fin Sushi & Grill has become my favorite places to eat when I want great Japanese cuisine. The way they pay attention to the details when preparing their food can be seen when the plate arrives at your table.

The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable of their menu. Some of the older staff knows a lot about the different sushi rolls they offer. One of the owners is usually there and will come to your table to make sure everything is the way it should be and is more than willing to correct any problems you may have. Not that I have had a problem at all.

My wife and I eat here at least once a week most weeks and since they have great specials for lunch you may see me here 2 times a week for lunch. Monday and Tuesday nights are a great time to visit as they also have specials on items such as their Teriyaki Chicken and Ribeye Steak. Their Sweet and Sour Chicken is the best I have eaten anywhere. Lightly breaded and just the right amount of sauce to chicken ratio. They serve sauteed vegetables and fried rice with most of the meals as well as the ginger salad and broth.

Their Ginger salad is the best I have ever had and they offer a chicken broth as well as the fish broth. I prefer the chicken but this is not because the fish is not as good it is just my preference.

They have a great selection of appetizers on the menu and they are reasonably priced for what you get. We always order the Pork Gyoza and I pick at least one additional one just to try something different. I have never received a bad appetizer.

They also own several other Japanese restaurants with the closet one around being in Cartersville Georgia by the name of Okinawa. They tell me it is similar but does have it’s differences.
